6mm Jute Bondage Rope – 30ft

Our 6 mm jute rope is tightly spun and machine-made for consistency, strength, and reliable performance under tension. Manufactured without the use of jute batching oil, this rope does not carry the harsh petroleum odor often associated with untreated natural fiber rope. Each 30-foot hank is pre-cut and prepared for immediate use. The Natural color is available either unconditioned for those who prefer to treat and break in their own rope, or fully conditioned for a softer hand and smoother glide. All colored rope is singed to remove loose fibers, hand dyed in rich, saturated tones, then conditioned using a mineral oil and beeswax blend. After treatment, the rope is baked to allow the conditioning agents to penetrate evenly and stabilize the finish. Because the dyeing process involves moisture and heat, a small amount of shrinkage may occur. The result is rope that offers controlled friction for secure knot placement, improved fiber cohesion, reduced surface shedding, and a clean, neutral scent. Available colors include Natural (Unconditioned or Conditioned), Blue, Teal, Emerald Green, Hunter Green, Seafoam Green, Forest Green, Red, Wine, Burnt Orange, Purple, Goldenrod, Graphite, and Black.
