Eagle Leathers sells specialty gear. Many items are intimate or safety-sensitive. For that reason, all returns must meet the conditions below.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
- Item must be unused
- In original packaging
- Free of odor, hair, lint, marks, stretching, or wear
- Tags attached (if applicable)
All returns are inspected upon receipt.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
- Rope (once opened or unsealed)
- Underwear, jockstraps, shorts, or items worn against bare skin
- Nipple clamps or intimate hardware once opened
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance or promotional sale items
- Gift cards
Used, worn, altered, or damaged items will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are allowed within 14 days if the item meets all return conditions.
Customer covers return shipping. Replacement ships after inspection approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Natural Material Notice
Leather, rope, wood, and metal may vary in grain, tone, and finish. These variations are not defects.
Return Authorization Required
Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
